John Yeoman is the company's managing partner. He joined in 1987, following nine years in engineering consultancy to the oil industry. His specialities include medical practices, charitable and educational trusts, as well as private education.

Walter Deans has worked in the industry for over two decades, 16 of those years being at Ritsons. His specialist area and extensive experience is small to medium sized businesses, which is a large and important sector in the region.

Deborah Newton qualified 14 years ago and began working at Ritsons in 1991. Audit, statutory accounts and regulated clients such as charities and pension accounts are her areas of specialism.
